It Must Be

A liberal Chicagoan commenting here of late. I don't know whether that commenter is Roman Catholic, but the comments this week from this person smell of arrogant Chicagoland attitude toward any one south of I-80. This person is probably amazed that I can spell well enough to get various thoughts out on the web (thank goodness for spellcheck, eh?), however disjointed this reader thinks those thoughts may be.

--Upon further review, our source appears to be Grosse Pointe, MI. I wonder how that hopenchange is working up there.

Doesn't surprise me, as Grosse Pointe (there are actually five separate communities with 'Grosse Pointe' in their names) is the super-wealthy suburb of Detroit where the Fords and other wealthy auto executives live, or used to live. Kind of like Winnetka or Lake Forest would be in relation to Chicago. Maybe 'hopenchange' likes the auto industry bailout plan?
