Too Bad No Money Went to Illinois Highways

Our highways are in terrible shape in Illinois. Ray LaHood was an earmark kinda guy. I guess he didn't direct any funds toward our highways. Will he do so in the future? I guess the new Mississippi bridge at STL should remain secure--as I heard on KMOX today.
