They Need Us More Than We Need Them

Lawn workers were working until dark Saturday for a few of our neighbors, clearly so they could take the day off Monday. I heard on the radio that a lot of businesses are trying to do the work over the weekend so as not to lose customers and so that folks can get paid. They need the customers and jobs to keep going. Customers can choose other lawn care companies or do it themselves. We fired them to avoid paying illegal aliens and tried another man. But my husband is so ridiculously picky, he is doing it all himself. We can't wait to move to our new house where we won't have to rake leaves but from 1 or 2 trees as opposed to 20 or more! Monday's the big boycott day.
